We are adding a Field Service Technician to support one of our largest customers. Achieve the development of on-site installation, servicing and repair processes of complex equipment and systems. You will provide technical presentations to an audience of customers, other industry peers and competitors. You will achieve revision and correction of work instructions and customer-facing training guides used by field installation specialists. You will drive continuous improvement initiatives in the processes related to field services and product development. You will lead cross-functional groups to quickly fix any administrative difficulties relating to delivery and installation of proper equipment. You will act as an escalation point for Field Service Specialists, Service Engineers, and other stakeholders.Key Responsibilities:
25% Lead and manage technical projects and tasks
25% Investigate and resolve technical issues
25% Implementation and deployment of Honeywell Solutions
25% Educate and write documentation for customer and field technicians
30% International and domestic travel
YOU MUST HAVE:
3+ experience years of technical experience implementing and supporting software and hardware systems
Must be available for a 24/7 on-call rotation schedule
Customer facing experience
WE VALUE:
Associate degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent work experience
IT, Project Management, and other technical certifications
Previous experience in Logistics, warehousing, or supply chain
Previous experience with Linux, Windows Server, and MS SQL
Organizational skills, ability to take initiative and work with limited direction
Good written and oral communication
