Description:This project manager will be supporting multiple federal projects in the Maryland. Biggest project right now includes a renovation project at Fort Meade and a group up lab in Towson.Ability to work on multiple projects or tasks at once;Outstanding attention to detail;Proactive and innovative problem solver;Ability to excel in a fast-paced environment;Team player with the ability to interact with all members of project team: subcontractors, field staff, client, etc.;Clear and effective communicator;Skills:Project management, Construction, vertical construction, Mep engineering, mep, hvac, federal, labAdditional Skills & Qualifications:
leadership ability
Federal construction is a HUGE PLUS
lab experience would be great
