Description We are offering a long-term contract employment opportunity for a Facilities Coordinator in Toms River, New Jersey. As a Facilities Coordinator, you will be instrumental in managing the operations of our assets, ensuring the smooth functioning of our facilities, and coordinating with clients, vendors, and contractors. This role primarily entails on-site presence from Monday to Friday.Responsibilities: Collaborate with client representatives and fleet service providers to implement procedures, policies, and reporting formats. Acknowledge client inquiries and manage work orders efficiently. Compile information reports to assess performance and progress status. Handle paperwork submitted by vendors regarding fleet and site operational needs. Monitor activities outside the building, including waste disposal and recycling. Respond to inquiries or complaints from clients, colleagues, and supervisors. Follow defined procedures and processes to deliver output under close supervision and guidance. Use communication skills to exchange straightforward information and ask clarifying questions. Utilize Microsoft Office products, such as Word, Excel, and Outlook, to manage tasks and records. Leverage strong organizational skills and an inquisitive mindset to solve straightforward problems. Requirements Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suites including Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word, and Microsoft Outlook Experience in facilities management and coordination Ability to supervise and manage service providers and vendors Strong communication skills for effective correspondence and client relations Skilled in operations and procedures, ensuring policy adherence Experience with handling and resolving complaints in a timely and efficient manner Ability to manage work orders and paperwork efficiently Skills in reporting progress and updates on various tasks and projects Familiarity with Mindset Software is a plus Strong coordination skills for efficient workflow and task management Knowledge of salary structures and compensation details Understanding and experience with various methods and techniques for facilities management.
