Job Description As a valued colleague on our team, you will contribute to assessing and identifying potential risks that may threaten our reputation, safety, security, and/or financial success, as well as collaborate with team in communicating and collaborating with key stakeholders across the enterprise, and understanding business objectivesTHE IMPACT YOU WILL MAKEThe Enterprise Multifamily Risk - Risk Management - Senior Associaterole will support oversight of activities of the Multifamily business and report to the Director of Multifamily ERM Modeling, Analytics and Reporting. This role will offer you the flexibility to make each day your own, while working alongside people who care so that you can deliver on the following responsibilities:

Assist team in monitoring key risk metrics and processes to reduce risk using advanced analysis and tools.

Prepare analyses and build reports to monitor business activity that pose potential risks to the enterprise and assess potential risks.

Utilize internal credit model to evaluate risk exposures and provide insights to team.

Guide team efforts to review key models used to manage credit risk and make recommendations to improve model performance.

Document and present findings and/or conclusions of analysis to key stakeholders and senior management in thoughtful and persuasive manner.

Partner with the Multifamily and other stakeholders to carry out business strategies that will drive success and ensure safety and soundness in the face of shifting market conditions and regulations.

Qualifications THE EXPERIENCE YOU BRING TO THE TEAMMinimum Required Experiences2 years of related experience

Strong communication skills both written and verbal

Advanced Excel skills

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent

Desired Experiences

Multifamily or commercial real estate experience

5+ years of related experience

Skilled in business intelligence tools such as Tablea

Skills

Adept at managing project plans, resources, and people to ensure successful project completion.

Relationship Management including managing and engaging stakeholders, customers, and vendors, building relationship networks, contracting, etc.

Experience gathering accurate information to explain concepts and answer critical questions.

Skilled in presenting information and/or ideas to an audience in a way that is engaging and easy to understand.

Experience in the process of analyzing data to identify trends or relationships to inform conclusions about the data.​​​
