BryceTech is currently looking for a Document Specialist. This position will be supporting a high-visibility ASPR client managing over $21B in portfolio value with a variety of needs including support to the project team, acquisition program, and global health economic analysis efforts. This role will support ASPR’s Center for Industrial Base Manufacturing and Supply Chain (IBMSC) in their mission to build a diverse, agile public health supply chain and sustain long-term U.S. manufacturing capabilities by investing in medical product Industrial Base Expansion (IBx) capacities that can enable ASPR to respond to future public health emergencies.The person in this role will:Responsible for organizing and maintaining all agency documents and reports and overseeing correct storage, cataloging, quality control and retrieval of documents.  Oversees executive assistants’ tasks and programs.Develops documentation plans and policies, creating and deploying tools and templates to guide other employees on documentation use and storage.Has the ability to review documents in file structure to determine if package is complete.Provides leadership to the team to maintain quality control and oversees successful completion of all tasks to resolve problems. Takes direction and coordinates closely with ASPR leadership to manage program.  Ensures that all program deliverables are 508 compliant.Proficiency with all MS Office products, SharePoint and Adobe Acrobat.Other task as assigned in-keeping with the scope of this TO.This is an Onsite contractor position.Other tasks as assigned in keeping with the administrative management of the client office.
