Description We are currently seeking a motivated, career and customer service oriented Document Quality Control Specialist to begin an exciting and challenging career with SAIC. Description: Performs quality control tasks for the Federal Energy Regulatory Commission (FERC) OSEC and troubleshoots quality-related issues as they arise. Performs quality-related tests to ensure products comply with company and legal standards. Majority of quality check reviews will be on applications submitted online by FERC customers. Needs to: - Identify Product Defects - Record and Report Issues - Support Process Improvements - Make necessary corrections. Qualifications Requirements:
- Associate's Degree and 1 year of experience or equivalent experience and education
- Detail-oriented, organized, ability to effectively prioritize
- Previous data entry experience
- Must be eligible to obtain a Public Trust clearance
- Must be able to work a late shift (11 a.m. - 7 p.m.) up to 5 times per month as required to meet client needs
