Currently seeking a Dispatching Coordinator for a large healthcare system in Washington DC. This opportunity offers:

RESPONSIBILITIES:
Provide quality customer service to customers by providing one on one attention to detail
Understands and applies knowledge of basic patient transport, infection control, and proper safety
Understands and is able to determine, explain, and develop dispatcher logic
Functions as a liaison between Patient transport and other departments
Assigns, collects, monitors daily sign in/out procedures
They would basically be taking all calls where they then direct the EVS and Materials individuals.
Small office space with about 2-3 other individuals, own desk space, answering high volume calls, and directing to necessary departments!
They would be using computers and the phone system, nothing too complicated, but utilizing that and giving direction.
