Description We are in search of a Digital Marketing Manager to enhance our digital presence and drive substantial growth. Based in Washington, District of Columbia, this role calls for expertise in e-commerce strategies, website management, and demand generation. The selected candidate will be a key player in optimizing user experiences, escalating e-commerce sales, and leading effective digital marketing initiatives. This role offers a short term contract employment opportunity.Responsibilities: Develop and implement strategies to enhance website performance, improve UX/UI, and increase conversion rates to boost e-commerce revenue. Direct digital marketing initiatives to drive website traffic, customer acquisition, and online sales. Create and execute demand generation campaigns to nurture prospects, drive leads, and support sales pipeline growth. Manage SEO strategies to improve organic search rankings and conduct SEM campaigns to drive targeted traffic and conversions. Utilize website data and user behavior insights to implement strategies that increase conversion rates. Collaborate with content teams to create engaging, SEO-optimized content that supports demand generation. Use tools such as Google Analytics and Adobe Analytics to track website performance, monitor KPIs, and generate actionable insights for continuous improvement. Manage digital marketing budgets to allocate resources to high-ROI campaigns, driving revenue growth. Collaborate with product, design, IT, and sales teams to align digital marketing initiatives with broader business goals. Oversee the operation and optimization of the e-commerce platform to ensure a seamless customer experience. Requirements Proficiency in Bing and Google Ad for creating and managing advertisement campaigns Demonstrated skills in Content Management Systems (CMS) for website management Experience with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software for maintaining customer relations and database Ability to leverage Facebook Insights for analyzing page performances and audience interactions Proven experience in creating brand awareness through various digital platforms Proficient in blogging to engage with the audience and build brand identity Familiarity with analytics tools to measure the performance of digital campaigns Experience in campaign planning and execution across various digital platforms.
