Deputy Program Manager (15.13)OCT Consulting is an SBA-certified, 8(a) small business management and technology consulting firm that provides support to Federal Government clients. We provide consulting services in the areas of Strategy, Process Improvement, Change Management, Program and Project Management, Acquisition/Procurement, and Information Technology.Responsibilities and DutiesOCT is looking for a Deputy Program Manager to support the CISA Cybersecurity Division (CSD). CSD leads the Nation’s strategic and unified work to strengthen the security, resilience, and workforces of the cyber ecosystem to protect critical services. DPM will oversee program development, operational support, and other administrative and analysis functions in support services to CSD. This position is contingent upon contract award.Role:

Serve as second in command for the Program Manager

Act as Program Manager in case of an absence

Assist in managing a team of 50+ people, overseeing daily tasks and operations to ensure high quality and timely delivery

Serve as secondary point of contact for the client

Assisting develop status reports and executive briefings

Provide guidance on preparation of documentation, correspondence, briefing materials, and other related documentation in support of day-to-day operations. This includes more than prooing; this also includes providing suggestions that would assist in articulating the government’s position

Identify resource requirements for team, develop position descriptions and conduct interviews

Develop, update, and review Project Management Review (PMR) PowerPoint presentations, and project plans

Track team activities, accomplishments, and deliverables on a weekly, monthly, quarterly, and yearly basis

RequirementsQualifications:

At least ten (10) years of demonstrated experience managing projects on a full-time basis.

At least 10 years of experience in managing teams of over 50+ people in cyber security planning, communication, stakeholder management and senior executive support in federal govt office

Project Management Institute(PMI) Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification

Masters degree in a related field

Demonstrated expert level proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 (to include PowerPoint, Visio, Project, OneNote, SharePoint, Power BI)

Strong verbal and communication skills

Must be a US Citizen

Must have a current DoD Top Secret Clearance
