Join our Corporate Responsibility Core Operations team as a Senior Associate within the core operations team. This role offers a unique opportunity to support global payments processing and operational processes, making a significant impact on our philanthropic and employee giving programs.As a Senior Associate in Corporate Responsibility Core Operations, you will support end-to-end global payments processing, account reconciliations, and customer service for nonprofit organizations. This role offers a unique opportunity to join a team making a significant impact on our philanthropic and employee giving programs. Reporting to the Core Operations & Regulatory Reporting Executive Director, you will work closely with Corporate Controllers, Corporate Finance, CR Tech, and the Core Operations Team. This role requires independence, flexibility, strong process improvement skills, and attention to detail.Job responsibilities:

Manage an optimal operations payment environment, support process changes and manage daily team requests.

Payments processing, account reconciliations, nonprofit outreach, and due diligence.

Utilize meaningful metrics to ensure process health.

Implement process improvement initiatives for efficiency and effectiveness.

Ensure strong, compliant, and risk-averse operational processes.

Maintain audit readiness and manage audit requests.

Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills:

Minimum of 3 years of related experience

Strong aptitude for analyzing and developing solutions.

Advanced Excel skills and LLM Suite applications.

Team-oriented and detail-oriented.

Flexibility and willingness to embrace change.

Ability to identify business needs and implement solutions.

Ability to interact independently with business partners.

Strategic thinking and financial planning skills.

Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills:

Experience in financial services, payments, accounting, operations or change management.

Strong problem-solving and project management skills.

Advanced Excel skills (Pivot tables, functions, array formulas, visualizations).

Knowledge of query processing for software platforms (vendor proprietary tools, SQL, ETL, Alteryx, Tableau).

Flexibility and adaptability to change.

Active contributor to team meetings and stakeholder interactions.

Excellent oral and written communication skills, customer service mindset a plus.
