The ideal candidate will have strong interpersonal skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to handle transactions efficiently and accurately while ensuring a welcoming customer experience.Responsibilities:Greet customers warmly and provide outstanding service.Accurately process cash, credit, and debit transactions using a point-of-sale (POS) system.Handle refunds, exchanges, and inquiries in a professional manner.Maintain a clean and organized workspace, including the checkout area.Assist customers with questions about products, services, or promotions.Count and reconcile cash drawer balances at the beginning and end of each shift.Report discrepancies, shortages, or technical issues to management promptly.
