Assessor

This position requires candidate to have license in counseling, social work. IF YOU ARE NOT LICENSE ELIGIBLE, PLEASE DON'T APPLY. Compensation varies based on your credential and licensure status.Responsibilities:Conduct assessments as scheduled,Develop treatment plans, complete GAIN, DLA-20/CAFAS.Complete initial treatment plan same day as Assessment is initiatedComplete the assessment document within seven days of initiation of the serviceExercise sound judgment in proposing changes to client treatment plans.Coordinate closely with other staff to ensure the appropriateness of treatment modalities if needed.Attend the supervision as required.Complete the other clinical administration job as required.Other duties as assigned
