This role will manage a portfolio of non-EDU customers in the corporate and government sector of North America. The objective is to manage the relationship with the customer to help them achieve maximum value from our services. This role will nurture and grow the width and depth of the relationship, branching out to different departments and different contacts inside a company or government department. Responsibilities also include generating net new logo business and renewing existing customers. They will be building and maintaining relationships across the organization, from the highest levels, department heads, group leaders, and/or executives. This role will also be responsible for expanding Turnitin’s revenue through expansion of existing, as well as introduction of new cutting-edge products.This is an IC role.Key Responsibilities and Outputs:Manage contract renewals and new business growth within existing corporate and government (non-edu) accounts in North AmericaBuild, and execute, proactive account plans in order to:Identify opportunities for your customers to expand and increase the value they obtain from our services and define actions to utilize these opportunitiesIdentify risks for your customers that could jeopardize the value they obtain from our services and define actions to mitigate these risksBe creative and proactive in ways to communicate to your customers to make sure your portfolio is constantly positively informed of the capabilities Turitin can offerCommunicate and collaborate effectively across all internal teams Document account needs and feedback, and share with sales leadershipMaintain a high-level of CRM hygieneEnsure that accurate monthly, quarterly and annual forecasts are provided to your managerUnderstand and follow key educational trends and legislation in territory and use this knowledge to identify opportunities for yourself and the wider teamThis is a remote position with expected travel being <5%
