Accounting Manager/Supervisor

Description My client is looking for an Accounting Manager to join their team in Washington, DC. They are based in the insurance industry and the ideal candidate for the Accounting Manager role will have experience within the insurance realm and be responsible for overseeing the accounting department, maintaining the general ledger accounts, reconciling accounts payable and accounts receivable, assisting with month end close, posting journal entries and assisting with other ad hoc projects.
