Summary The Access Management Engineer is responsible for deploying RSA SecureID Access for the Office of Naval Intelligence (ONI). The engineer will apply their security expertise to provide on-site operations and maintenance support to a client of Sirius Federal in Suitland, MD. Key Areas of Responsibility

Install, configure, and deploy IAM solutions/services, namely, RSA Authentication Manager Server, RSA Authentication Agent, and (optionally) RSA Cloud Authentication Service Handles day-to-day O&M of IAM security infrastructure. This may include the following:
  • Operating System upgrades and/or patching o Add and manage RSA users and user groups o Assign and manage RSA SecurID tokens
  • Enable and disable users for risk-based authentication or on-demand authentication
  • Add and manage security policies
  • Add and manage authentication agents
Provide expert opinion on hardware upgrade/license level upgrades Must provide onsite support Participate in design input Develop SOPs for common, heavily repeated, tasks Perform DISA STIG and SRG compliance requirements

Education and/or Experience Qualifications
  • Resident Services Engineer with 5 years of applicable experience with a strong background in RSA SecureID Access. Candidate should have 8 years of experience in telecommunications OR equivalent combination of experience and education
  • Bachelor's degree in computer science or engineering is preferred (5 additional years of telecommunications experience may be substituted for a degree).
Required Qualifications

  • Must be a Top Secret/Sensitive Compartmentalized Information (TS/SCI) Eligible
  • Understanding and experience with Information Technology and Cyber Security
  • Familiar with applicable regulatory requirements including but not limited to National Institute of Standards and Technology (NIST) (i.e. Federal Information Processing Standards, Special Publications [FIPS]), and Committee on National Security System (e.g., Policies, Directives, Instructions), DOE Orders, and the EM Risk Management Approach Implementation Plan.
  • Must have Engineering/Operational experience with Identity and Access Management (IAM) products, specifically RSA Authentication Manager and RSA Cloud Authentication Service
