Job Description
Person (s) will be responsible for meeting with community partners and individuals with mental health symptoms and behavioral health needs in the District of Columbia. They will be responsible for knowing services provided and connecting individuals to link into care with the team. They will be responsible for periodic communication with referrals to ensure continued engagement and that their needs are being met.
Qualifications
High school graduate
Knowledge of the District of Columbia
Knowledge of mental illness, symptoms and techniques required to successfuly communicate and earn the trust of this population.
Ability to Navigate the District; shelters, Substance abuse programs, Hospitals, other areas where individuals who may benefit from our service frequent
Possess access to transportation to navigate to and from individuals
