We have a great opportunity for a Systems Engineer to join an MSP in the Wilmington, Delaware area. The company specialize in providing IT Services to small and medium sized businesses across the local area and are looking to enhance the team with someone who understands the value of building strong client relationships.What they need
- Systems Engineer to provide level II support to clients across the area
- Ideally someone with a background working for a managed service provider
- Experience setting up, configuring, troubleshooting and fixing network equipment, Windows servers and workstations, Active directory and Office 365
- Experience in Virtualization technologies
- Experience of setting up and configuring firewalls would be an advantage
- Experience of cloud technologies would be ideal
- Experience of ticketing systems
- Strong customer service experience, great communication skills
- CompTIA Net+ and/or CompTIA Security+
- CCNA
- MCSA
- MCSE
- MCITP
- MCSE
