- At least 6 to 8 years of experience in Salesforce development
- Should have been a Lead developer as part of 2 end to end implementations of enterprise level Salesforce project (enterprise level projects have multiple workstreams like Data migration , integration , Salesforce development and implementation)
- Knows how to implement best practices to avoid governor limit issues
- Hands-on experience in developing Salesforce-based business applications using Apex triggers, Apex classes, Visualforce, SOAP and REST-based web services, Salesforce metadata API, sites, etc. Should be proficient in Salesforce Apex, Triggers , Lightning Components(both Aura and LWC).
- Hands-on expert level experience using Salesforce tools (data loader, VS Code, Source control using Git)
- Proficient with web technologies HTML5, CSS, JavaScript, jQuery and Bootstrap
- Highly Proficient on SOAP,REST integrations.
- Understanding of all aspects of Salesforce, including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud, and Communities and Chatter.
- Should have very good problem solving skills and should be able to operate independently without much direction.
- Should be able to get Involved in Code reviews and mentoring for Junior Developers.
- Salesforce admin and Platform Developer I certification is a must and Salesforce Platform developer II certification is desirable
