- Perform security analysis of Open Source, Software as a Service (SaaS), 3rd party Commercial off the Shelf Application solutions, to determine the viability of installing them in the company's computing environment
- Assist in engineering a secure solution in accordance with the company's policies, procedures, standards, and security best practices.
- Provide technical analysis and engineering skills to investigate security issues and will work with IT associates and partners to implement enhancements to the company's infrastructure.
- Conduct threat analysis and modeling, identify, define, and document system security requirements, analyze and test the environment against the requirements, and recommend remediation for identified risks
- Make recommendations, provide solutions to internal team
- Bachelor's Degree
- 3+ years of Information Security experience
- Familiar with Security Identity concepts
- Experience developing, documentation, and/or maintaining new/existing cyber security requirements
- Experience with Firewalls, Office 365 Security, VSX, and Endpoint Security
- Experience with security engineering principles involving application security, security testing, computer security and other areas of Information Assurance.
- Familiar with cloud security concepts (Azure is preferred but not required)
- Certifications such as Security +, CEH, CISSP
- Banking/financial industry experience
