Please note that this is a12-18 months contract position. The new hire would be working remotely for the time being.Once the contact center team members can go back to the office, this position will be working on-site.The start time will be 7:30 AM EST.Description:Provides through telephone or other communication tools general information of a technical and occasionally non-technical nature, to existing and potential customers. Delivers post-sales support (e.g. how to operate/start an instrument). Evaluates further customer needs and routes the call appropriately. Updates accordingly customer information in internal systems.Works on technical and non-technical support assignments with clearly defined objectivesPerforms routine customer technical and non-technical support duties using prescribed proceduresSolves technical support problems which are limited in scope and complexity Requirements:May require some higher education or specialized training/certification, or equivalent combination of education and experience.Laboratory or phone support experience a plus.Excellent verbal and written communication skills, English language required and Spanish language preferredMove to next level as knowledge gained and demonstrated ability to work more independently.Applicants must provide their phone number.
