Job Title: Quality Inspector$17 -$18 an hour to start// Paid Weekly!Looking to hire on immediately!Job DescriptionThe quality inspector is responsible for analyzing products when they initially come in and are the last ones to inspect them before they are sent out for sealing. Candidates will use a microscope to analyze small electrical parts and follow blueprints to ensure accuracy. They will also use a digital micrometer and need to have strong math skills. The role mainly involves wrapping wire around electrodes.Responsibilities
Analyze incoming products and perform final inspections before sealing.
Use microscopes to inspect small electrical parts.
Follow blueprints to ensure accuracy.
Use digital micrometers and other measuring equipment.
Wrap wire around electrodes.
Perform inspections per required specifications using equipment such as gage pins and multiple types of measuring equipment.
Assist with the inspection of customer parts.
Ensure wiring and racking of customer parts.
Essential Skills
Basic math skills, including addition/subtraction with decimals and converting decimals to fractions.
Experience working within a manufacturing setting.
Attention to detail.
Ability to work with small part items and patience.
Ability to read and follow blueprints.
Comfortable completing repetitive tasks.
Measuring skills, including the ability to use calipers.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
Experience in manufacturing, production, assembly, and quality inspection.
Visual inspection skills.
