Job Title: Maintenance TechnicianJob DescriptionAs a Maintenance Technician, you will be responsible for performing routine maintenance on equipment and determining when and what kind of maintenance is needed. Your key tasks will include dismantling machines and removing parts for repair, inspecting or testing damaged machine parts, and marking defective areas or advising supervisors of repair needs. You will also be expected to install, replace, or change machine parts and attachments according to production specifications and lubricate or apply adhesives or other materials to machines, machine parts, or other equipment according to specified procedures. After completing repair or maintenance work, you will reassemble machines and start them to observe mechanical operation to determine efficiency and to detect problems. You will carry out assigned Work Orders and document accordingly. The role involves collaboration with other workers to repair or move machines, machine parts, or equipment. Overtime will be required. You will be expected to perform duties while working safely, reporting unsafe acts and unsafe working conditions to supervision/management. You will also be required to ensure food safety/quality policies are followed and to report all food safety/quality problems out of his/her realm of responsibility to personnel with the authority to initiate action.Hard Skills

The working schedule is from Monday to Friday with rotating weekends.
