- Identify and develop detailed execution plan of technical cutover
- Identify interdependencies, communication and manage issues to resolution
- Work with business leads to ensure the technical plan and business plan alignment
- Lead cutover prep and executions and ensure tasks are managed, lead the execution and release of the individual tasks
