Description A client of ours is looking for a detail-oriented and highly organized Project Manager II to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in project management within the financial services industry, with a strong understanding of regulatory requirements, BSA/AML, and KYC programs. This role requires strong collaboration skills, the ability to oversee multiple deliverables, and experience supporting regulatory closure efforts.Key Responsibilities
Assist in gathering evidence and responses for regulatory closure.
Collect and coordinate responses from stakeholders for regulatory requests for information.
Support the finalization of supplementary evidence to ensure successful regulatory closure.
Assist in organizing and facilitating stakeholder meetings, including preparing agendas, documenting meeting minutes, and following up on action items.
Prepare and maintain detailed status reports to track project progress.
Foster and maintain strong relationships with colleagues and clients to support integrated processes and maintain high service levels.
Act as a business partner, managing expectations and providing strategic guidance throughout project execution.
Ensure compliance with all Bank Operational and Credit policies and procedures, as well as regulatory requirements (e.g., Bank Secrecy Act, Know Your Client, Community Reinvestment Act, Fair Lending Practices, Code of Conduct).
Complete all required training and stay updated on relevant industry regulations.
Requirements
Required Qualifications & Skills
Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent work experience preferred.
2+years of experience in a project management role.
2+years of experience in banking, financial services, or equivalent experience with BSA/AML requirements.
Strong ability to manage multiple project deliverables and priorities.
Proven ability to collaborate across multiple stakeholders and Lines of Defense.
Knowledge of BSA/AML compliance requirements; prior experience in a KYC Program is a plus.
Experience gathering regulatory evidence and supporting issue resolution and closure.
Experience in facilitating audit requests for information during Interim Validations.
