Description We are offering an opportunity for a Project Manager/Sr. Consultant in the telecom provider industry, based in Newark, DE. This role involves creating and executing project plans, identifying resources, and managing day-to-day operations. The position also operates on a hybrid schedule.Responsibilities: Create and execute project plans, adapting as necessary to meet changing needs and requirements Identify and allocate necessary resources for project completion Manage daily operations of projects to ensure smooth execution Utilize skills in operations, project planning, and execution to drive project success Manage a hybrid schedule, balancing between remote and in-office work Monitor project progress, report on project status, and implement changes as necessary to keep the project on track Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure all aspects of the project are aligned Identify potential risks and issues, proactively addressing them to avoid project delays Ensure all project documentation is up to date and all project milestones are met on time Foster a productive and efficient project environment, promoting effective communication among team membersRequirements Extensive experience in project management or a senior consulting role. Demonstrated ability to execute and implement project plans effectively. Strong knowledge and understanding of operations within a project context. Proficiency in project planning and forecasting. Excellent leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a team. Exceptional problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to overcoming challenges. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, to liaise with various stakeholders. Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities. Proven ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines. Strong analytical skills with an eye for detail and accuracy. Proficient in project management software and tools. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field preferred. Relevant project management certification, such as PMP, would be advantageous.
