IMMEDIATE MASTER SCHEDULER NEEDED OPPORTUNITY TO WORK WITH ONE OF THE LARGEST GAS/ELECTRIC ORGANIZATIONS IN THE AREAHYBRID JOB OPPORTUNITY MONDAY - FRIDAY NEWARK, DELEWARE $40-$45/HR Qualifications:

4-5 years experience with Primavera 6 Oracle

4-5 years scheduling experience

excellent communications skills

detail oriented

Microsoft Office proficient

Description:

Oversee and manage scheduling activities within the organization.

Work independently with minimal supervision.

Supervise a team of schedulers or assistants.

Develop and implement scheduling policies, procedures, and best practices.

Manage and coordinate complex schedules for individuals, teams, or projects.

Analyze scheduling data to identify trends, inefficiencies, and areas for improvement.

Provide guidance and support to junior schedulers or assistants.

Coordinate with other departments to align schedules with organizational goals.

Communicate schedule changes and updates to relevant parties.

Develop and maintain relationships with stakeholders to understand their scheduling needs.

Provide training and mentorship to junior schedulers or assistants.

Lead meetings and discussions related to scheduling activities.

Ensure schedules are accurate, up-to-date, and compliant with regulations and policies.

Possess strong leadership, organizational, communication, and analytical skills.

Be detail-oriented with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
