Job Title: Manufacturing TechnicianJob DescriptionThe responsibilities include producing and packaging various products in line with company policies and procedures. Employees must follow good manufacturing and documentation practices, as well as relevant industry standards. They are required to complete all necessary quality paperwork, such as work orders and cleaning logs, and adhere to safety and health regulations, promoting a safety-first mindset. Additionally, they must ensure the organized storage of work in progress, with proper identification of lot designation and product status, and maintain cleanliness in the facility and production area. Employees are also expected to evaluate and suggest improvements to methods and procedures in their assigned areas, and perform any other tasks as assigned.Responsibilities

Produce and package products following company policies and procedures.

Adhere to good manufacturing and documentation practices, and relevant industry standards.

Complete all necessary quality paperwork, such as work orders and cleaning logs.

Follow safety and health regulations, promoting a safety-first mindset.

Ensure organized storage of work in progress with proper identification of lot designation and product status.

Maintain cleanliness in the facility and production area.

Evaluate and suggest improvements to methods and procedures in assigned areas.

Perform any other tasks as assigned.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent.

Related experience in a manufacturing environment preferred.

Moderate computer skills and ability to perform general math computations.

Good written and verbal communication skills in internal settings.

Ability to take initiative to solve open-ended problems.

Reasonable level of manual dexterity.

Ability to lift/move up to approximately 40 lbs.
