Responsibilities The Rockford Center is searching for a Healthcare Recruiter to join the Human Resources Department at our Behavioral Health Hospital. The successful candidate will provide full-life cycle recruitment for the Rockford Center working on-site in Newark, Delaware.Rockford Center is Delaware's first private psychiatric facility and remains a leader in providing behavioral health care services and continues its commitment to providing quality health care. Rockford Center, a 138-bed acute psychiatric hospital continues to provide a full continuum of behavioral health services to geriatrics, adults, adolescents, and children. Rockford is the only child inpatient behavioral health facility in DE, offers an experienced and tenured senior management team, and serves New Castle County and northern Maryland.Please visit www.rockfordcenter.com for more information.Essential Responsibilities:

Develop recruitment techniques, strategies, and action plans to identify and implement new methods for sourcing candidates and generating new leads

Source, screen, and interview qualified candidates for a variety of healthcare positions including nursing, clinical and administrative staff

Build strong relationships with candidates, hiring managers, and employees to bring top talent into our organization

Facilitate the pre-boarding and on-boarding processes, working closely with the HR Teams to ensure a smooth transition to New Hire Orientation

Gather and analyze data with useful recruitment metrics, such as time to fill, and work with HR Director on process improvements

Provide support to employees on Human Resources questions and needs

Maintain all confidential Human Resources records within compliance requirements

Partnering closely with the Staff Educator to schedule and maintain hospital training

Assist the Human Resources Director in preparing for various regulatory surveys and audits

Minimum of a High School Diploma, Bachelors Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related field strongly preferred

Minimum Two years’ experience Human resources experience including recruiting in a high volume, fast paced environment; experience in Healthcare or nurse recruitment highly preferred

SHRM-CP or PHR preferred

Experience with Applicant Tracking systems and HRIS a must; Icims experience a plus

Demonstrated knowledge of the human resources field

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Applications

Strong interviewing skills and a talent to build long lasting relationships

Self-driven and able to meet deadlines is a must

Understanding of personnel and compliance records management

Customer service focused attitude, with high level of professionalism and discretion

Understanding of state and federal employment regulations

Ability to maintain confidentiality
