As an Executive Assistant in Performance Marketing you should be a highly skilled strategic thinker who thrives in a fast-paced environment with a proven track record of developing strong partnerships that guide impact for leaders and teams. You will possess structure, attention to detail, quality focus, high energy, and flexibility to a high-paced organization.In this role, you will need to work well in a team environment, be able to represent the manager/group with professional courtesy and acumen and deliver flawless work output. Your daily routine will include interaction with various executive level internal clients across the lines of businesses. You will need to adapt procedures, processes and techniques to complete assignments in line with the department's activities and goals.Job Responsibilities

Participate effectively with Admin Team members to provide on-demand executive and administrative support for the Managing Directors as assigned.

Arrange and coordinate complex international and domestic travel for Managing Directors, and assist other with travel as needed.

Provide administrative support for departments as assigned or requested, including data entry and database management; prooing/editing; scheduling and managing calendars and meeting invitations; supporting meetings including creating or preparing materials, handling logistics, taking minutes; other projects and duties as assigned.

Perform office support functions including mail and shipping; retrieving and responding to calls and voicemails to the main number; office and break room supply inventory, ordering and stocking; maintain break room, conference rooms and common areas; filing and records management.

Assist with or plan and organize office and outside events.

Provide backup and coverage support for other team members.

Other administrative duties and projects as assigned.

Required qualifications, capabilities and skills:

High school diploma or GED, plus two or more years of experience in an Administrative or Executive Assistant role.

Work can be high volume at times. Must be able to prioritize and work overtime and support travel after hours as needed.

High proficiency with MS Office (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and Adobe programs.

Strong prooing skills, including excellent spelling, grammar and editing is essential.

Must be detail oriented with strong interpersonal, written and oral communication skills.

Preferred qualifications, capabilities and skills:

Experience with booking and coordinating travel strongly preferred.

Ability to identify, prioritize and execute multiple projects and tasks, with flexibility and high tolerance for changing priorities.
