Description We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Coordinator to join a team in Newark, Delaware. The successful candidate will play a key role in supporting the day-to-day administrative functions of the organization, ensuring smooth operations and effective communication. The Administrative Coordinator will work closely with various departments and stakeholders, contributing to the overall efficiency and success of the company.Responsibilities:· Manage and maintain office supplies, equipment, and facilities.· Oversee daily administrative tasks, including mail distribution, filing, and record-keeping.· Coordinate and schedule appointments, meetings, and conference calls.· Act as a liaison between different departments, teams, and external parties.· Draft and edit internal and external communications, including emails, memos, and reports.· Ensure timely dissemination of information to relevant stakeholders.· Plan and coordinate company events, meetings, and conferences.· Assist in organizing logistics, such as venue selection, catering, and audio-visual requirements.· Manage invitations, RSVPs, and post-event evaluations.· Maintain accurate and up-to-date databases and contact lists.· Compile and organize data for reports and presentations.· Assist in data entry and data quality assurance processes.· Coordinate travel plans for staff, including booking flights, hotels, and transportation.· Prepare travel itineraries and ensure adherence to company travel policies.· Provide administrative support to executives and other team members as needed.· Assist in the preparation and distribution of meeting agendas and materials.· Handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.· Address and resolve administrative issues and challenges as they arise.· Collaborate with team members to implement solutions and improvements.Requirements Qualifications:· Proven experience as an Administrative Coordinator or in a similar role.· Strong organizational and multitasking skills.· Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.· Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software.· Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.· Attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining a high level of accuracy.If you are a motivated and proactive individual with a passion for organizational excellence, we invite you to apply for this exciting opportunity to contribute to the success of our dynamic team in Newark, Delaware.Robert Half is the world’s first and largest specialized talent solutions firm that connects highly qualified job seekers to opportunities at great companies.
