You play a vital role in accelerating the 3M Medical business in Central Europe - leveraging our solutions with existing and new customers and partners to increase market coverage. You will focus on the generation of new opportunities in both market segments hospital and out of hospital within the Central Europe Region.

Your main tasks include the management of the product portfolio (e.g. pricing, forecasts, product lifecycle management, NPIs), creating and implementing marketing programs, adapting existing solutions based on the 3M portfolio for Temperature management and expertise to local market needs to increase penetration of our solutions at the customer, as well as analyzing new market opportunities incl. identification of potential of customers.

You will be part of our Central Europe Hospital marketing team and work closely together with the Medical marketing team of product experts, our dedicated key account managers and sales teams in the countries, as well as our experienced clinical experts’ team. You will also connect regularly with the EMEA team (responsible for Europe, Middle East and Africa) to align our activities with the priorities on EMEA level and make sure our most important needs are covered.

Your Skills and Expertise To set you up for success in this role from day one, 3M requires (at a minimum) the following qualifications:

You bring along at least 1 year of equivalent work experience in Marketing or Product Marketing preferably working with health care professionals in hospitals (e.g. surgeons, OR nurse, procurement) or other non-hospital facilities like surgery centers, wound clinics etc.

You acquired in-depth knowledge in and around the operating room and procedures in different specialties (e.g. general-, orthopedic-, cardiothoracic- and vascular surgery) as well as experience along the patient journey.

You have project management skills or experience in project management or market research, together with a strong dedication to succeed and the ability to inspire and convince other people to reach a common goal.

You enjoy working together with colleagues from different functions, cultures and countries. You are strong in communication, speaking at least one of the native languages of the Central Europe Region (preferably German) as well as very good English.
