Become a part of our caring community and help us put health firstThe Workforce Management Professional 2 applies and integrates advanced and predictive analysis, people metrics and reporting to develop strategic and operational insights for workforce decision-making (e.g., staffing, learning and development, talent management, diversity and human resource compliance). The Workforce Management Professional 2 work assignments are varied and frequently require interpretation and independent determination of the appropriate courses of action.The Workforce Management Professional 2 assesses organizational staffing and identifies requirements and solutions to meet workforce objectives. Applies and integrates advanced and predictive analysis for forecasting daily, weekly and monthly for operational area(s) that the associate has responsibility over. Independently develop and provide insights (strategic and tactical) of service goals and metrics aligned with operations leadership. Present and align on metric modifications and plans to address any metrics trending off target. Create and present suggestions for metric improvement or efficiency gains based on analysis of the metrics and operational observations. Responsible for ensuring work is appropriately prioritized to meet the needs of the operational areas supported. Proactively anticipates challenges and partnering with departments and organizations to overcome and advance strategic and tactical objectives. Continuously analyze work completed by the workforce management team for improvement and/or efficiency gains. Provide coaching and guidance to WFM team on opportunities for improvement or any daily expected areas of opportunity based on forecast and analysis. Responsible for end of year ramp down plan as well as peak plan to support end of year and beginning of year metric attainment. Responsible for understanding holiday plans for areas assigned and putting together a plan to meet the needs of members and metric attainment based on operational staffing direction. Adaptability to changing organization, department and team needs.Use your skills to make an impactRequired Qualifications

5+ years of experience related to workforce management activities

Comprehensive knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint

Excellent written and oral communication skills

Strong analysis, critical thinking, and analytical problem-solving skills

Ability to handle multiple tasks and deadlines with attention to detail

Must be passionate about contributing to an organization focused on continuously improving consumer experiences

Be able to apply critical thinking, problem solving and multi-tasking skills, as needed and required, to complete work

Be proactive in driving new solutions to the business

Preferred Qualifications

Advanced Degree

Prior experience in Process or Project Management
