Studio Manager plays a key role in overseeing the daily operations of the Ford Land Design Studio.

Their responsibilities typically involve a combination of administrative, managerial, and sometimes creative tasks.

Responsible for the efficient operation of the Ford Land Design Studio, managing both the business and creative aspects of the studio.

This role requires strong organizational, communication, and leadership skills, with a focus on coordinating workflows, managing personnel, and ensuring the successful completion of architectural projects.

What you'll do

Responsible for the delivery of transformational projects in the categories of architecture, interior design, FFE, landscape.

Coordinate with all stakeholders, including other members of the Ford Land Design Team, CX, DX, Business unit & skill team leads, and global suppliers to assure a smooth launch and implementation of FL projects in multiple space categories in all global markets.

Apply global design and brand guidelines, sustainability policy, human-experience priorities to new and running projects.

Provide proactive design management leadership to identify and track open issues and assure timely resolution also provide project leadership to ensure efficiency, cost, and timeline are prioritized.

Facilitate cross-functional meetings to assure smooth communication, identify required design decisions and recommend solutions to overcoming challenges.

Implement established company procedures, best practices, and lessons learned as appropriate across global markets and develop innovative solutions and ideas that result in continuous improvement to the employee experience.

Enforce company brand image, internally and externally making decisions with market teams and coordinating with brand design and brand Identity team when needed and manage global supplier relationships.

Determine team priorities to best serve running projects, design mentorship and professional growth and work with all key stakeholders to ensure objectives are met.

You'll have

Interior Design or Architecture Degree (BS/BA/BA)

Ford Integrity Compliance Training and SharePoint Security Training.

Unauthorized Commitment Awareness Training

Key Financial Skills (KFS) Training

Desk Procedures

MS Office 365 including MS Outlook, and MS Project.

SharePoint, Yammer, Webex, AutoCAD, Adobe InDesign, Illustrator, & Photoshop.

International and Michigan Building Code.

Sustainability and ANSI/ICC and ADA Guidelines.
