Perform preventative maintenance tasks based on the plant's needs.
Complete work orders using a Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS).
Utilize strong critical thinking skills and troubleshooting abilities.
Apply electrical and mechanical knowledge to maintain and repair equipment.
Troubleshoot PLCs (a plus).
Report to the Maintenance Supervisor and Plant Manager.
Qualifications:
3-5+ years of industrial maintenance experience in a manufacturing facility.
Certification or training in industrial/electrical maintenance (preferred).
Ability to work different shifts and overtime when needed.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Physical ability to lift or move up to 50 lbs. and be on your feet for the duration of the shift.
Willingness to walk multiple miles per shift to complete daily work orders and tasks.
