Enablement Manager, Value Selling

What you can expect​As an individual contributor, you will empower the sales team with the knowledge, skills, and resources for value engagements with customers and partners. You will create and implement training programs, tools, and assets to support and scale our field teams and partners. You will support our Sales Methodology framework and define content to support our global Revenue team to achieve customer goals.About the TeamZoom’s Global Enablement GTM team empowers our world-class revenue team to drive business growth and customer outcomes through exceptional knowledge, skills, and behaviors. We work closely with our Value Engineering Center of Excellence to build the accompanying enablement resources and assets. We are strategic thinkers who bridge the gap between content and sales, understand value-based messaging, and know how to use content to drive business results.What we’re looking for

3-5+ years of training and enablement experience in a SaaS or UCaaS company.

Experience designing and delivering large complex training programs that educate the sales team on value-based selling methodologies.

Experience creating and managing sales enablement tools, including presentations, playbooks, and collateral that support value-based selling

Experience establishing key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness of value selling enablement initiatives

Have provided ongoing coaching and support to the sales team to reinforce value-based selling techniques

Experience collaborating with value selling Center of Excellence, marketing and product teams to articulate value messaging and product positioning.

Be located in the U.S. and do not require sponsorship for employment
