This role acts as a resource for all dental products (DHMO, PPO, Medicare) to DSO leadership and staff, providers, sales, and marketing to aid in the achievement of Aetna Key Performance Measures. This person serves as a subject matter expert, demonstrating a strong understanding of Aetna’s Dental Products and market position. The Senior Analyst negotiates provider contract language and compensation. This role is also responsible to work cross functionally to resolve provider concerns, document resolution, and effectively communicate to all parties.

Responsible for account management of DSOs and large dental groups to support network strategic initiatives.

Negotiates contracts at all organizational levels. Strong emphasis on analysis to develop cost-of-care strategy.

Solid focus on data analytics to identify cost savings opportunities

Collaborates cross-functionally to resolve provider issues with the utmost urgency.

Recruits providers as needed to attain network expansion and meet access needs.

Communicates early warning signs of potential issues/risks to management.

Required Qualifications:

2 years dental or medical industry and/or insurance knowledge

Preferred Qualifications:

5+ years dental provider relations experience

DSO experience a plus

DHMO product experience

Education:

Bachelors Degree or equivalent combination of education and experience

Pay RangeThe typical pay range for this role is:$46,988.00 - $112,200.00This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.In addition to your compensation, enjoy the rewards of an organization that puts our heart into caring for our colleagues and our communities.
