Responsibilities:
Driving: Safely transport passengers to their destinations, obeying traffic laws and regulations.
Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service, including opening doors, assisting with luggage, and ensuring passenger comfort.
Route Planning: Plan and follow the most efficient routes to avoid delays and reach destinations on time.
Communication: Maintain clear and professional communication with clients and dispatch.
Minimum requirements include:
Driver's License: A valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
Experience: At least one year of professional driving experience, with an emphasis on passenger transport.
Z Endorsement: Eligibility to obtain a Z endorsement from the state of Delaware, which involves background checks and testing.
Professionalism: A professional demeanor, punctuality, and a neat appearance.
Customer Focus: Excellent customer service skills and the ability to handle various passenger needs and requests.
Knowledge: Familiarity with local roads and traffic patterns.
Safety: A commitment to passenger safety and the ability to respond calmly in emergency situations.
