Innovative Field Services seeking quality vendors, with experience, to maintain and inspect vacant bank owned properties throughout the State of Delaware in the following counties:
-Kent
-New Castle
-Sussex
Our Services include, but are not limited to:
-Lawn Maintenance/Snow Removal
-Board Ups
-Lock Changes & Lock Boxes
-Safety Hazard Abatement
-Minor Repairs (i.e. Gutter Repair/Replacement, Handrail Repair/Replacement, Window Re-glaze/Replacement, etc.)
-Major Repairs (i.e. Discoloration Remediation, Siding Repair/Replacement, Full Demolition, etc.)
-Eviction Services
-Roof Repair, Replacement & Tarps
-Winterizations
-Prepare Bids & Reports
-Inspections
We are looking to start Contractors ASAP due to an increase in work. In order to receive work from us, you must have your own vehicle, trailers, tools, equipment, computer & smartphone, and various supplies consisting of (but not limited to) bank coded locks, lock boxes, padlock & hasps, etc. as well as the necessary insurance.
All vendors will receive weekly payout for work completed. Increased workflow and territory increase available as well.
