The Landscape Maintenance Crew Leader is responsible for the day to day performance of grounds maintenance and landscape related tasks as well as overseeing the other members of his/her assigned maintenance crew. This is an essential position within our organization and requires a basic understanding of basic landscape maintenance skills. This position is responsible for completing necessary workorders & chemical application records, evaluating jobsites, talking with clients, trimming, pruning, fertilizing, spraying, planting, weeding, cleaning, and maintenance of job sites and equipment related to and within the Landscape Maintenance & Enhancement Division. The following is a brief outline of what is essential for success in this position.

Probationary Period:
90 days from initial date of hire
Responsible for:
Completion of Company Workorders / Reports
Completion of Chemical Application records
Evaluation of Job Sites
Customer Service
Trimming / Pruning
Fertilizing
Herbicide Applications
Pesticide Applications
Planting
Weeding
Site Cleanups
Mulching
General Landscape Maintenance
Equipment Maintenance
Tracking of crew hours
Preparation of necessary paperwork to complete customer invoicing
Organization / Cleanliness of company owned or leased facilities
Manage / Perform Snow Removal Services as needed
Completion of other numerous tasks as needed to insure smooth overall operation of company
Jobsite / Employee Safety
Misc. tasks too numerous to list
Time Expectations:
Peak Season: Monday Friday 7:00am 5:30pm (subject to change based on workload)
45+ hour work week during peak season
Some Saturday hours as needed
to be scheduled / subject to change based on weather & other circumstances
24/7 Availability for Snow Removal Operations (November April)
COMPENSATION
Base Salary:
$15.00 - $18.00 / per hour
