Seeking finish carpenter for the following:
● Perform finish and trim carpentry work accurately and accordingly to plans and specifications.
● Installation of fixtures and millwork for windows, doors, staircases, crown molding, ceiling panels,
cabinets,
● Has experience framing walls and installation of cabinetry
● Observe and comply with all applicable OSHA Safety Regulations on each worksite.
● Has working knowledge and understanding of all carpentry related tools
● Has basic knowledge to read and interpret architectural plans and blueprints accurately.
● Has Excellent verbal and written communication, as well as outstanding problem-solving skills.
● Can Erect site scaffolding or ladders as need.
● Be physically able to perform various job site tasks as well as lifting equipment.
-Ability to install drywall and vanities as needed
-Ability to read and interpret blueprints.
-Assisting supervisors with structural design, planning, layout, and installation.
-Conduct repair work and installation of doors, windows, drywall, cabinets, stairs, and other fixtures as required.
-Ability to assess the quality of woodwork and materials.
-Ability to operate tools, machines, and other equipment.
-Compliance with local building codes, and health and safety regulations.
-Provide excellent customer service.
-Metal Stud Framing experience a plus
-Trim Work experience is a must
-Has experience installing windows, doors, and door hardware
-Has experience in Cabinetry Installation
-Understands how to install kitchen appliances and able to install successfully
-Working knowledge of construction projects and ability to read analyze and interpret blueprints
-ensures a full materials list is worked up for all projects and
-has own basic hand tools and has general knowledge of application and use of said hand tools
-specialty tools to be provided by management
