Must have experience working on houses. You must be able to work Monday thru Friday 8am-5Pm. Saturday work is also available if you want it.
You must have a reliable Truck or work Van. Reliable.
Must be able to pass a drug test.
You must have tools.
Job duties will include working along side of my 1 helper. Framing closets, framing door opennings, picking up materials from Home Depot, returning items to Home Depot, demoing drywall, cleaning homes when renovation is completed, keeping job site organized and clean, installing exterior doors, windows, insulating walls, removing old 2x4 walls and installing headers to make rooms larger. Light framing.
Pay is based on experience. The first 30 days will be a trial period to see how well you perform duties.
Pay is 17-25 per hour. We pay for your gas, oil changes. Payday is on Fridays.
All work is in New Castle County. Mainly Newark, Bear, New Castle.
