All qualifying candidates will possess the following:
At least 5+ years field experience
Working knowledge of building codes and inspection process
Ability read and understand building plans, construction documents, and OSHA guidelines
Must have good communication, computer and management skills
Be able to follow all project schedules and coordinate/supervise subcontractors/suppliers/employees
Must possess a valid Drivers License with a clean driving record
No criminal record
