We are looking for energetic quick learners to help service our clientele and help grow the business. There is tremendous opportunity beyond this entry level for high performers.
$1000 signing bonus after 90 days for experienced/licensed applicants if hired.
This position is full time (8:45am - 5:15pm, Monday - Friday. Licenses will be required but paid for by the firm. No insurance or financial experience required, although sales and/or customer service experience a plus.
Position includes:
Salary plus monthly commission and both annual and quarterly sales bonuses
Paid time off
Initial licensing and training expenses paid by agency
3% 401k match
Company paid group health insurance
Compensation: $18.00 per hour plus commission.
