What you'll do:
Go door-to-door to generate leads and sell community solar subscriptions.
Educate potential customers on the environmental and financial benefits of community solar.
Build rapport and trust with homeowners.
Manage a pipeline of prospective customers from initial contact to close.
What we're looking for:
A self-starter with a strong work ethic and a positive attitude.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
The ability to thrive in an independent, commission-based environment.
A valid driver's license, reliable car, and clean criminal record are non-negotiable requirements for this role.
What you can earn:
This is a 100% commission-based role with no cap on what you can earn. Our top-performing agents consistently make $80,000 - $100,000+ per year, with some of our most successful agents clearing over $500,000 annually. Your hard work directly translates to your income.
