Holden Dodge Chrysler Jeep Ram in Dover Delaware is looking to ad an additional Automotive Sales Representative to our experienced staff. This is a full time position. Our salespersons generally work 6 hour shifts, the sales department hours are Monday - Friday 8:30 AM - 8:00 PM and Saturdays 9:00 AM - 4:00 PM. All of our full time positions come with a benefit package. We pay a weekly base with a monthly commission based on sales . The job duties contain greeting customers, presenting and demonstrating product and negotiating terms. Previous automotive industry and or sales experience is required. A reasonable clean driving record is required. Basic knowledge of automobiles and computers are very helpful skills for this position. Good customer service skills are a requirement. We expect any new hire will need extensive training. There will be both on the job and online training required. We are an established company in business here since 1945.
