Timeless Design by Kate FitzGerald-Wilks is an award-winning interior design firm in Landenberg, PA that is seeking a self-starter to fill the role of Project Manager. Must possess a pleasant, professional demeanor, high attention to deal and organization with an interest in collaboration and creative problem solving.
Job Responsibilities:
Generally, assist with logistics, scheduling work, project planning, receiving and returning merchandise, measurements, inventory, preparation of presentations and inventory organization. Provide clerical and administrative support in the office as needed.
- Manage email and phone communication with clients and vendors to forward progress on design projects, including answering questions from tradespeople and tracking product orders
-Maintain client project folders (physical and on Dropbox) with details relevant to projects
-Attend client meetings and take notes so designer can focus on presentation
-Measure client rooms for design project planning, input in floor planning software (knowledge of Sketchup is a plus)
Qualifications:
Flexibility and positive team focused attitude
High level of attention to detail
Excellent organizational skills
Excellent computer skills including proficiency with Google Drive, MS Office, Dropbox
Excellent written & verbal communication skills
Ability to prioritize and re-prioritize as necessary
Drafting/Autocad/Sketchup skills preferred
Social media and website (Wix) experience a plus
Design experience not necessary
This is currently a part-time position $18-21.00 hourly. Salary based upon experience.
The shift is Monday - Friday from 9:00 AM - 3:00 PM. Schedule flexibility is necessary on the day of a project installation.
