We are creating an attorney network of of-counsel's to work with us nationwide with help of credit card and unsecured debt settlement litigation defense. If the client ever receives a summons we will be in need of local representation (MTD, Answer, Prepare Discovery, Respond to Discovery, Motions/Petitions, if needed, etc.). We have sample filings to supply and workflow. No cases end up in trial.
