I am an individual (not a business) interested in hiring one person who can help me take care of things around my house and/or other errands.
This is an ongoing, weekly permanent position. I will need this person ONE DAY PER WEEK for 5 to 8 hours per day on average. I do not want to hire someone who will only need to work for a few weeks.
THIS IS NOT AN INDEPENDENT CONTRACTOR POSITION. YOU WILL BE AN EMPLOYEE AND RECEIVE A PAYCHECK
TASKS CHANGE WEEKLY BUT COULD INCLUDE THE FOLLOWING:
Landscaping (Mowing the lawn, edging, weed wacking, yard work, gardening)
Maintenance (Power washing, painting, light carpentry, minor plumbing)
Indoor Cleaning (wipe down kitchen and bathroom and interior walls, sweep/mop, vacuum, clean windows, trash out)
Outdoor Cleaning (yard debris cleanup and driveway/sidewalk power wash)
Car Care (Washing and detailing car, assist in taking car to and from mechanic when needed)
Errands (shopping when needed for your job, laundry pickup/dropoff)
COMPENSATION:
- Make between $75 to $120 per day, or more, to start (depending on assigned workload)
- $1 or more per hour raise after 30 days THEN after 90 days THEN after one year, and so on.
- Fuel and Tolls will be reimbursed if during the course of work.
