Help Wanted: Working Supervisor Janitorial Services

We pride ourselves on delivering exceptional cleaning services to our clients while maintaining a positive work environment. We are currently seeking a dedicated and personable Working Supervisor to join our team. This position plays a key role in ensuring our facilities are cleaned to the highest standards every night.
Job Responsibilities:
- Supervise and lead a team of janitorial staff, dedicating 20% of your time to supervision and 80% to hands-on cleaning tasks.
- Ensure all cleaning tasks are completed according to company standards and client specifications.
- Maintain a high level of cleanliness and organization within the facility.
- Communicate effectively with clients and team members to ensure a positive working relationship.
- Train and mentor new employees on cleaning procedures, safety protocols, and customer service.
- Conduct regular inspections to assess the quality of work performed and provide constructive feedback.
- Address any issues or concerns that arise promptly and professionally. Prevent issues is the goal.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a janitorial or cleaning role is preferred.
- Prior supervisory experience is a plus.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work well with both customers and employees.
- Attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high cleanliness standards.
- Ability to manage time effectively and prioritize tasks.
- Must be able to lift and move heavy equipment and materials as needed.
- Background check required.
