About the Role:
Elite Building Services is looking to add some new faces to our Specialty Services Crew. Candidates must possess organizational skills, attention to detail and a strong work ethic. The schedule for this position is ever changing. Flexibility to change days and hours regularly is a big part of this role.
NOTE: Some evening and weekend work may be required.
The Specialty Services Crew position will require traveling to various sites that Elite manages in the following areas: Delaware and surrounding areas
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Window Cleaning
Power Washing
Construction Site Cleaning
Compensation: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour based on experience
Role Requirements:
2 Years experience – Preferred but not required
Valid Driver’s License
Must be authorized to work in the United States
Must have reliable transportation
Floorcare experience & Floorcare machine knowledge a plus
General commercial cleaning experience a plus
Physical Requirements:
Must be able to lift 20+ pounds regularly every day
Bend, stretch, stand, twist, reach, walk & sit for extended periods of time
Climb stairs and ladders
